In order to increase the usability and distribution of this app, KAZUGA Aps collects for its own use technical information that sheds light on how the app works and what features may need to be improved. This technical data cannot be attributed to you personally.

The purpose of KAZUGA Aps’ processing of your personal information is that you can install and use the KAZUGA app on your mobile devices.
Your information will be processed for the purpose of being displayed in your KAZUGA app profile. Information is processed for the purpose of verifying your identity in connection with the creation of your KAZUGA profile and any subscriptions.
According to the Personal Data Processing Act (Personal Data Act), Directive 95/46 / EC (Data Protection Directive) and Regulation 2016/679 (EU Data Protection Regulation), you have the right to be informed about which personal data KAZUGA Aps collects and processes about you.

KAZUGA Aps processes the following categories of general personal information: Name Date of birth
Personal photo if inserted into the app
Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data
We leave your personal information to KAZUGA Aps’ data processors, who assist with the operation and maintenance of our IT systems.
Data processor agreements have been entered into with all our data processors.
We may disclose your personal information to public authorities in cases where such disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which we may be subject, including, for example, in connection with subpoenas, court orders or search warrants.
Storage of your personal information
We store your personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfill our purpose, as we have described in the sections above. We will then delete or in some cases anonymize your personal information. We regularly check whether we have stored personal information that needs to be deleted. However, since we may process your personal data for different purposes, the actual period during which the personal data is stored may vary depending on the specific purposes.
KAZUGA Aps stores your personal information as follows:
If you unsubscribe or delete the KAZUGA app from your mobile device, you will simultaneously delete your personal information as well as the media files and chats you have stored in the app on your mobile phone. When you unsubscribe from your KAZUGA app, personal information, chats and media files stored on KAZUGA’s servers are stored for 3 months, after which they are deleted.
Under the Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to the processing of your personal data. If you wish to exercise your rights, please contact KAZUGA Aps.
Your rights are:
• Right to insight
You have the right to access the information we process about you, as well as a number of additional information. You can gain insight into your information by sending a request for insight to KAZUGA Aps via the KAZUGA app, email or by letter.
• Right to rectification
You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected. If you believe that the information stored in the KAZUGA app is incorrect, you can contact KAZUGA Aps via the KAZUGA app, by email or by letter.
• Right to delete
In special cases, you have the right to have information about you deleted before the time of our general deletion occurs. You can unsubscribe from the KAZUGA app from the app itself and delete the app from your mobile device.
• Right to limitation of treatment
In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. If you have the right to have the processing restricted, we may in future only process the information in special cases in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation. You can decide for yourself whether you want to use the KAZUGA app. If you no longer wish to have the KAZUGA app, you can unsubscribe from the KAZUGA app from the app itself and delete the app from your mobile device.

In certain cases, you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data. You can object to KAZUGA Aps’ processing by sending a request to KAZUGA Aps via the KAZUGA app, by mail or by letter.
